TV Fixtures: terms (DRAFT)

1. The service

TV Fixtures is an API for sports fixtures and TV channel listings. It includes available ids and names for integration into your own systems. API only: no app, schedule viewer or private preview site is included. Your backoffice login manages keys, limits and billing.

Listings come from third parties and are supplied as is. They may be incomplete, delayed, changed or incorrect. Listings do not grant viewing, streaming or rebroadcast rights. You must obtain any rights needed for your use. Ids are reference data; their inclusion does not transfer rights in another party's data or marks.

2. Trial, plan and price

• Plan api has a 7-day trial with no card required.
• After the trial, the price is €149 per month, excluding VAT, paid monthly through your account's pay link. Access continues while the current month is paid.
• The plan allows 60 requests per minute, no concurrent streams and up to 3 live API keys. Its scope is all sports and available languages within the rolling window from one day back to ten days ahead. Historical data outside that window is not included.
• If payment is not received by its due date, API access pauses. Your login stays available. Paying resumes the same account, login and API key.
• An active free-access grant requires no payment while it applies. It may expire on the date shown in your account; a grant without an end date has no scheduled expiry. Plan limits still apply. When a grant ends, normal billing applies.

3. Availability

There is no service level agreement: we do not guarantee uptime, delivery time, completeness or the absence of errors. If a listing is unavailable or changes, the affected data may be delayed or corrected. Such an interruption does not give a right to a refund.

4. Refunds

• The trial is free; nothing is charged for it.
• Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months or unused access.
• If you pay twice for the same month by mistake, we refund the duplicate.
• If you dispute or reverse a payment, access pauses until the matter is resolved.

5. Disputes and contact

6. Ending

You can stop at any time by writing to access then pauses at the end of the paid period. We can end the service with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if it is misused, for example resold without permission or used to attack our systems.
